Slow-braised, tender grass-fed beef chuck roast served with hearty carrots, mushrooms, and potatoes, accompanied by a rich braising liquid reduction. For a low-carb option, substitute the potatoes with roasted squash.
Your choice of roast, rendered duck breast or confit leg. Classic, A L’Orange sauce. Herb roast potatoes and broccolini. The duck breast is delivered rendered and ready for finishing in the oven so you may cook it to your desired doneness.
