SOUP & SALAD
A house made, hand crafted soup with organic chicken, leafy greens, a myriad of vegetables, herbs, and quinoa in a house made chicken bone stock.
Chopped kale, shaved carrot, radish, walnut, blueberry, and lemon mint vinaigrette.
Fresh lemon, mint, extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, sea salt, and sweetened with honey.
Entree’s
Fresh Mahi Mahi tacos, seared and sliced for an easy eating experience served with a house made cilantro lime sauce, tangy cabbage curtido, and Costa Rican-inspired gallo pinto. This entrée includes three tacos and an 8oz side of beans and rice. This entree is also available in a paleo version with roast zucchini, peppers, and sweet potatoes.
Think “caponata meets puttanesca”. A delicious combination resulting in an eggplant rich, olive and caper infused tomato sauce with an alluring aroma. Served over an herbed polenta cake with a side of broccoli. 8oz sauce 12oz polenta 4oz vegetable. Available with a tender, tomato olive braised chicken leg.
Skillet roast chicken in a tomato kalmata olive, garlic, and artichoke sauce accompanied by herbed polenta cake and roast cauliflower. Low carb version available with roast beets in place of the polenta.
Breakfast & Lunch
Enjoy the satiating salad bowl combination of fresh blueberry, kale ribbons, roast sweet potato, quinoa, chickpeas, tangerine segments, and a house made Meyer lemon and mint vinaigrette. Salad available with roast chicken or wild seared salmon.
Steel-cut oats infused with the rich flavor of raw cacao powder, hazelnuts, and a combination of citrus segments and juice. This wholesome blend is elevated with the added benefits of ground flax and chia seeds, and naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup for a perfect balance of taste and nutrition.
Gluten Free Turkey & Cheese Lunch
Turkey and cheddar cheese bites, served alongside refreshing tangerine, toasted cashews, and crisp cucumber slices.
Lightly seasoned, slow roasted, and shredded pork shoulder, wrapped in a flour tortilla with organic eggs, cheddar cheese, roast potatoes, and a side of mild spiced salsa verde. Available GF and/or keto friendly, unwrapped in a box ready for heating. For a Keto friendly version (there will be no potatoes and extra eggs & pork).
A classic chopped chicken salad with crunchy celery, red onion, and sunflower seeds in an avocado oil based mayonnaise with a hint of dijon mustard wrapped in a flour tortilla with fresh kale, cheddar cheese and grilled. *Organic Tortilla Contains Seed Oils. Enjoy a gluten free, unwrapped version over kale.
A 4oz ramekin of organic, house made hummus with an assortment of fresh cut vegetables.

Tender slices of roasted chicken breast served with fresh, peeled carrots, sweet bell peppers, and crunchy baby dill pickles, perfect for dipping into our house-made hummus.
Layered Taco Bean Dip w/ Grain & Seed Oil Free Siete Brand Tortilla Chips
Layered bean and cheese dip with a mild tomato salsa, avocado and sour cream, topped with shredded white cheddar cheese, and a fresh cilantro and tomato pico de gallo. This option is available with taco seasoned grass-fed ground beef.
Sides
A 5 ounce side of roast beets, shaved fennel, and crushed hazelnuts with olive oil and sea salt.
A 6oz side of organic roast red garnet sweet potatoes. Sea Salt. Olive Oil
Savor an organic side of our featured entrée, tender braised chicken leg.
Choose from either Grass-fed Ground Beef or Mushroom Black Bean & Vegetable. Each are layered with a mixture of cheeses, house made red enchilada sauce, and your protein filler of choise. Each order arrives with a large piece of Enchilada Bake, 4oz of House Made Enchilada Sauce, 2oz Sour Cream, and 4oz herb roast zucchini.
7oz Portion of salmon, seasoned and seared left for you to finish off to perfection.
