Chopped, roast chicken in a fortified chicken stock with mushroom, cabbage, vegetables, fresh thyme, and gluten free fusilli noodles.
House made with fresh Meyer lemons, Dijon mustard, fresh rosemary, organic olive, avocado oil, and sea salt.

Rosemary and lemon seasoned and seared wild salmon. Sun dried tomato and almond pesto sauce. Garlic parsley brown rice and roast cauliflower. Choose the low carb option to substitute rice with spaghetti squash.
Lemon garlic and herb marinated roast chicken. Fresh herb pan sauce. Roast potatoes and cauliflower. Your choice of chicken breast or leg and thigh. Choose the Low carb version to substitute red beets in place of the roast potatoes.
A hearty blend of lentils and rice, seasoned with aromatic Middle Eastern spices, served with a refreshing cucumber yogurt sauce. Buffalo chicken baked potato wrap includes cheddar scallion baked potatoes combined with chopped buffalo chicken, shredded cabbage, and a creamy, sour cream based blue cheese sauce. Also available Gluten Free over a nest of kale ribbons.
