Lemongrass and ginger infused chicken soup with shiitake mushroom, onion, and cabbage.
Curried lentils with julienned carrot, kale ribbons, quinoa, raisins, toasted cashews and a citrus ginger vinaigrette. Available with marinted roast chicken or curry spiced wild salmon.
House made with whole fruits including lemon, orange, and carrot. Avocado oil based and sweetened with honey.
House-Crafted Creamy Masala Chicken: Tender roast chicken pieces bathed in our signature creamy and spiced masala sauce. Accompanied by vegetable-infused brown Sonamasuri rice. Low carb option available with roast cauliflower and zucchini in place of the rice. 16oz cup of tikka masala, 12oz cup of rice or vegetables.

Fresh sole, seared and crusted with dijon and a toasted crushed almond topping accompanied by house made meyer lemon vinaigrette, steamed broccoli. and quinoa parsely pilaf. Low carb option available with spaghetti squash in place of the rice.
A mild, flavorful blend of vegetables, potatoes, lentils, and chickpeas simmered in a rich coconut and tomato sauce, served over aromatic brown sonamasuri rice. This entree arrives as a 16oz cup of stew along with a 12oz cup of rice.
Grass-fed lamb stew. Stout beer, leeks, mushroom, and a myriad of root vegetables. a 16oz portion served with 2 slices of sourdough bread and a 2oz rameking of garlic herb butter. Gluten free option available with gluten free sourdough bread crafted by Arise bakery in Arcata, Ca.
Choose from either Grass-fed Ground Beef or Mushroom Black Bean & Vegetable. Each are layered with a mixture of cheeses, house made red enchilada sauce, and your protein filler of choise. Each order arrives with a large piece of Enchilada Bake, 4oz of House Made Enchilada Sauce, 2oz Sour Cream, and 4oz herb roast zucchini.
Breakfast & Lunch
A 12oz cup of steel cut oats, chia seed, ground flax seed, and a plentilful amount of pan toasted sesame seeds. Sweetened with honey and topped with fresh blueberries. (Note: Oats are inherently gluten free. However, these steel cut oats are processed in a facility that also processes wheat, therefore there is a risk of cross-contamination.)
House made quiche and available by the 1/4 pie.
A 4oz ramekin of organic, house made hummus with an assortment of fresh cut vegetables.
A grilled flour tortilla stuffed with tender chicken tikka masla, pickled vegetables, and channa brown rice. paired with cooling and flavorful raita sauce for a satisfying, savory wrap experience. Enjoy a Gluten Free version over a bed of hearty kale.
Enjoy an entree sized salad bowl with sesame infused quinoa, steamed broccoli, carrot, cucumber, citrus segments, baby spinach, and a house made citrus ginger vinaigrette. Enhance this already amazing salad with Teriykai Chicken, Teriyaki Wild Salmon or Garlic Shrimp in the selections below.
