A variety of roast, locally sourced winter squashes folded in to an herbed farro risotto with a savory mushroom and leek ragout. Each 14oz portion of risotto arrives with fresh Chevre goat cheese for folding in, a side of roast beets, and pumpkin seeds for garnishing.
Hearty French stew with pork shoulder, pancetta, whole chicken legs, broad white beans, braised greens, herbs, and aromatics, slow cooked in a large braiser and finished with a gluten free bread crumb crust.
Fillipino style chicken adobo in a gluten free (coconut amino) “soy” sauce served along side of brown rice and steamed broccoli. This is typically made with tender briased chicken legs and thighs.
