Zaatar spiced marinated chicken, roast with reconstituded figs and fresh cherry tomatoes cooked down to create a compote style sauce accompanied by roast potatoes and cauliflower. Choose the low carb version to enjoy roast carrots in place of the roast potatoes.
Tender, slow-roasted pulled pork shoulder seasoned with our house-made BBQ spice rub and topped with Carolina-style barbecue sauce, served on a soft pretzel bun.
