SOUP & SALAD
A golden chicken soup with ginger, turmeric, cabbage, carrots, onions, spices, and short grain brown rice.
A tomato based, Italian inspired vegetable soup with zucchini, kale, quinoa, bell pepper, and carrot, celery, and onion.
Tomatero Farms little gem lettuce topped with whole, organic blueberries, cucumber, snap peas, and crumbeld goat cheese accompanied by a house made champagne orange vinaigrette. Available with roast chicken or skillet seared salmon.

Entree’s
Iconic San Francisco-born seafood stew: Shrimp, mussels, squid, clams, fresh halibut, and cod come together in a tomato- and wine-based stew to create this fresh and delicious delicacy. Served with local sourdough and garlic herb butter. 16oz cup of stew, 2 slices of sourdough, and 2oz of butter.
Local caught sole blackened in a house made spice mixture accompanied by a fresh avocado mousse, almond quinoa pilaf and steamed broccoli. Low carb option available with sauteed kale in place of the quinoa pilaf.
Scratch made chili with grass-fed ground beef and kidney beans with a side of house made, gluten free skillet corn bread.
A generous amount of in house, scratch made Mole sauce over a myriad of roast vegetables, quinoa and black beans atop a base of roast sweet potato rounds and topped with crumbled queso fresco. Vegetables included are zucchini, pepper, onion, cabbage, and cauliflower. . 6oz Sweet Potato, 12oz of vegetable quinoa black blean mix, 6oz of Mole, 2oz of queso fresco.
Breakfast & Lunch
House made grass-fed ground beef breakfast sausage, Glaum Ranch organic eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and a diced potato and onion hash wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled. This arrives oven ready, foil wrapped for an easy heat and go meal.
An all organic, creamy coconut chia pudding complemented with chucks of mango and a dash of honey. 12oz cup
Lemon and olive oil infused quinoa and chickpeas with fine diced cucumber and golden beet. A complete vegetable based protein.
