Oats

·        Enjoy oats cold, room temperature, or heated.

·        To heat, place in a sauce pot, add 1/4c of milk, non-dairy milk, water, or liquid of choice to each serving of oats. Heat over medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated through. Add more liquid as necessary or until desired consistency is reached.

Breakfast Burrito

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place foil wrapped burrito directly in the oven or on a sheet tray in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.

Mahi Mahi Tacos. Red Cabbage Curtido. Cilantro Salsa Verde

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place rice or sweet potatoes and vegetables in an oven safe container, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.

·        Place Mahi Mahi in an oven safe container and bake for 15-20 minute or until heated through to 145 degrees F.

·        Place foil wrapped tortillas in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes to heat through. Place tortillas on a warmed plate with a warm damp cloth over top to help maintain pliability and warmth.

·        Assemble tacos and enjoy with rice, curtido, salsa.

Olive Tomato Artichoke Roast Chicken. Polenta. Roast Cauliflower

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place chicken, polenta (or beets), and vegetables in an oven safe container and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.

·        Heat sauce in a small sauce pan over medium low heat until heated through.

·        Plate chicken and sides. Enjoy sauce with chicken!

Eggplant Puttanesca over Polenta

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place polenta and broccoli (and chicken if ordered) in an oven safe container and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.

·        Meanwhile, heat puttanesca sauce in a small sauce pot over medium low – medium heat until hot. Keep warm.

·        Plate polenta, and vegetable, enjoy sauce over polenta.

Beef Enchilada Bake| Vegetable Enchilada Bake. Sour Cream

·         Preheat oven to 350.

·         Place enchilada bake & zucchini in an oven safe container. Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.

·         Plate enchilada bake and zucchini enjoy bake with sour cream!Oats

Roast Beets Hazelnuts & Fennel

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place beets in an oven safe container and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through and cooked to desired doneness.

Roast Sweet Potatoes

·        Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

·        Place sweet potatoes in an oven safe container and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.

Skillet Seared Salmon

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place salmon on a sheet tray or oven safe container. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked to 145 degrees F.

Skillet Roast Chicken Breast | Braised Chicken Leg

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place chicken on an oven safe container and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through to a minimum of 140 degrees F. Enjoy as desired.
