Soup & Salad
A house made, hand crafted soup with organic chicken, leafy greens, a myriad of vegetables, herbs, and quinoa in a house made chicken bone stock.
Fresh, house made walnut basil pesto vinaigrette over crisp little gem lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and organic mozzarella. A perfect celebration of summer flavors.
Fresh basil, champagne vinegar, and organic walnuts are the base of this house made pesto vinaigrette with organic extra virgin olive oil, lemon, garlic, and sea salt.
A fresh assortment of organic summer fruit that may include, but is not limited to; watermelon, melon, strawberries, peach or nectarine, and blueberries. This assortment arrives in a 32 oz box with a 4oz portion of organic cottage cheese.
Entree’s
Local caught black cod, seared with a side of sweet and tart cranberry orange relish, smoked paprika lemon quinoa and garlic roast cauliflower. Low carb version available with rosemary beets in place of the quinoa.
Juicy chicken, blackened in a house made Cajun spice blend accompanied by an avocado crema, garlic infused short grain brown rice, and roast corn and zucchini. Your choice of brined breast or skin on leg and thigh. Choose the low carb option to receive roast beets in place of the rice.
Tender and flavorful organic St Louis-style pork ribs, slow-cooked to with our house made spice blend and basted with a tangy barbecue sauce. Served with roast zucchini and corn and house made, gluten free baked macaroni and cheese. Choose the low carb vesion to receive steamed broccoli in place of the macaroni and cheese.
House made walnut basil pesto folded in to cheese tortellini with a mix of roast vegetables. This entree is available with 5oz of chopped, roast chicken. 4oz pesto 6oz pasta 12oz or 8oz of vegetables (12oz without chicken, 8oz with chicken).
House made, 8oz black bean burger with pickled red onions, avocado mousse on a pretzel bun with a side of roast potatoes and roast summer squashes.
BREAKFAST & LUNCH
A 12oz cup of fresh peach, vanilla, almond milk, and honey chia pudding topped with crushed almonds.
House made grass-fed ground beef breakfast sausage, Glaum Ranch organic eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and a diced potato and onion hash wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled. This arrives oven ready, foil wrapped for an easy heat and go meal.
A 4oz ramekin of organic, house made hummus with an assortment of fresh cut vegetables.
A house made walnut pesto and turkey panini on a locally made herb focaccia with roast red peppers and mozarella cheese.
Little gem lettuce, sweet potato, chickpeas, blueberry, peach, cottage cheese, and a house made meyer lemon basil vinaigrette. Available with seared salmon or roast chicken in the options below.
